Click to submit your abstract today: Submit Your Abstract Today → It is appropriate that ISASS19 is in Anaheim, California, the home of the Walt Disney’s original creation, Disneyland. Originally opened in 1955, Disneyland’s business model teaches us that to remain successful and relevant in today’s fast-changing world, it is important to evolve in a way that stays true to our roots. ISASS works hard to be a society that follows that lesson. ISASS was originally created as the Spine Arthroplasty Society, but several years ago the Board witnessed what was happening in the motion preservation world and decided that we had become more of a global family—not just geographically but also in terms of the diverse areas of science we were working in—and so we became the International Society for the Advancement of Spine Surgery. What you can expect for ISASS19: ■ Diverse programming as well as diverse learning methods, including interactive learning, stimulated panel discussions and cadaver labs. ■ A global audience of not only spine and neurosurgeons but also scientists and researchers focused solely on spine. ■ Opportunities to network with your colleagues and continue the discussions outside of the sessions. ■ A supportive industry community ready and eager to discuss their capabilities and opportunities in the exhibit hall. We invite you to share in the continued success and evolution of the spine industry and hope you will share your research with us by submitting an abstract for presentation for ISASS19.
